Charlie Chaplin

    The Crazy Man Charlie Chaplin:

    The Crazy Charles Spencer is call of "Charlie" Chaplin. He was born on 16 April 1889 – 25 December 1977). He was an English comic actor and film director. He is one of the well-known film actor in the before end of the First World War. Chaplin was one of the most creative and influential personalities of the silent-film era. His most famous role was that of The Tramp. Then he first acted in the Keystone humor Kid Auto Races at Venice in 1914.

    He was influenced by his forerunner. His working life in an activity spanned over 75 years. He close to his death at the age of 88. His high-profile public and private being encompassed common to an exaltation and argument. In 1999, the American Film Institute ranked Charli Chaplin the 10th greatest male partition legend. Martin Sieff, in a review of the book Chaplin: A Life, in 2008. Over the next 25 years, through the Great hopelessness, he stayed on the job.





    Awards and recognition:


    Charlie Chaplin was knighted in 1975 at the age of 85 as a Knight leader of the British Empire. The admiration had been first projected in 1931. Knighthood was suggested again in 1956, but was veto ed after a Foreign Office report raised concerns over Chaplin's communist views and his moral behavior in marrying two 16 year girls; it was felt that honoring him would damage both the reputation of the British honors’ system and relations with the United States.

    Chaplin was given a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1970.
    Chaplin's Swiss mansion is to be opened as a museum tracing his life from the music halls in London to Hollywood fame.
