The US Trends | Christina Aguilera | Christina Aguilera is an American actor and musician. Aguilera appeared on national television in 1990 as a contestant on the Star Search program, and continued to play in the Disney Channel television series The Mickey Mouse Club from 1993-1994. Aguilera signed to RCA Records after recording "Reflection", the theme song for the animated film Mulan (1998).

Christina Maria Aguilera was born on December 18, 1980, in Staten Island, New York, Fausto Xavier Aguilera parents and his wife, Shelly Loraine Fidler. His early home life was troubled. Christina's father, an Ecuadorian immigrant and U.S. Army sergeant, was an abusive husband. It was not until Aguilera was 6 his mother managed to end the marriage and have two daughters (Christina and her younger sister, Rachel) to a new life in Rochester, Pennsylvania.

From an early age Christina Aguilera loved music, a gift she no doubt inherited from her mother's music, a violin and experienced piano player. By the time she was in elementary school, Aguilera had big voice swept by a series of local talent shows, causing severe envy of his classmates and even some parents. It got so bad that Christina's mother finally decided to home-school her daughter.

Still, Christina Aguilera continued to play, and in 1990 earned a spot on a national circulation television show "Star Search". There, a prodigy of 9 years of age has thrilled audiences fascinating Etta James made "A Sunday Kind of Love" taking home 2nd place.

In 1993 Christina Aguilera earned more national attention when she landed on the position in the Mouseketeer on The New Mickey Mouse Club. Fellow cast mates of her have been launching a series of future stars, including Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, Ryan Gosling and Keri Russell . Time of Aguilera for the program lasted only two years before the ambitious singer moved with her mother to Japan to record the hit "All I Want to Do" and the Japanese pop icon Keizo Nakanishi. Another success was soon followed.

In 1998, Christina Aguilera was recorded a song "Reflection", the soundtrack of the Walt Disney film, Mulan. A year later, Aguilera made her debut concert at the all female concert festival "Lilith Fair" and signed on RCA Records. SHe launched her selftitled debut album in 1999, a successful album, which would sell more than 8 million copies, thanks to two big hits from Billboard: "Genie in a Bottle" and the No. 1 single, the 'album "What a Girl Wants." Aguilera won the Best New Artist honors at Grammy Awards 2000.

With her fellow Mouseketeer mates Spears and Timberlake also lighting up the charts with their respective music, Christina Aguilera became one of the leading faces of a group of teen pop stars. But Aguilera was not comfortable maintaining the squeaky clean image this sort of role foisted upon her. After teaming up with Pink, Mya and Lil' Kim for the popular single "Lady Marmalade" Aguilera released her second album, Stripped, in October 2002. As its title suggested, the pop superstar had embarked down a new path. Highly sexualized and more commanding, the album featured a number of hit singles, including "Dirrty," "Beautiful" and "Make Over."

Coupled with a series of new piercings and tattoos, the new music startled some critics, endeared her to others, and sold more than 4 million records. Christina Aguilera, for her part, was unapologetic about the music or her look.

"I knew it was a bold move, and I knew a lot of people would not be ready for it," she told The New York Times.

In 2006 Christina Aguilera changed course again with the release of Back to Basics, a two-disc collection of influential standards from the 1920s through the 1940s. Like she'd done with her previous album, Aguilera used the music to help define her style. For a time she adopted a classic Jean Harlow look.

As Aguilera's career continued to flourish, she removed her personal life too. In November 2005, she married her longtime boyfriend and music producer Jordan Bratman. In January 2008, Aguilera and Bratman became parents for the birth of their son, Max.

Christina Aguilera showed her compassionate side, in collaboration with the AIDS awareness and to join with the Center for Women's Center and Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh. In early 2010, she took the role as ambassador against hunger on World Food Program, a responsibility which quickly led to Haiti to help victims of the earthquake there.

In recent years, the personal and professional life of Aguilera was a little roller coaster. In late 2010, she and Bratman were separated. Not long after, Aguilera has suffered a couple of very public stumble. The first of these were in the Super Bowl in February 2011, which seemed to forget some of the words of the National Anthem. Soon after, the pop star was arrested for public drunkenness. Both incidents provoked a wave of stories about Aguilera's possible alcohol problems .

HER success as a singer, however, is undoubtedly continue. All Christina Aguilera has sold over 25 million albums, and garnered three Grammy Awards.

Justin Timberlake doubt his talent

Smoothie, platinum pop star, actor. But how is strange, Justin Timberlake still struggles with his doubts.

29-year-old star, the curtain in front of which opened in 12 years, still do not quite feel comfortable as a singer, despite the many victories.

"When you create your own art is the best part. Next comes the next part, where everyone can comment on what you're doing, and I think I will fight this all his life until his death.
    And it scares me. "

Justin does not want to be famous only for his acting talent of the singer or the game, and it seems to him that his early work in the show for children on television has given him a solid foundation of his profession.
Justin, whose voices have recently been voiced by the character Boo Boo Bear from the cartoon "Yogi Bear", explains his words: "It's no secret. As a child I was raised on television, along with future actors and singers such as Christina Aguilera and Ryan Gosling . We just teach the arts, singing, dancing and acting.
