Two Apple buyers have filed a lawsuit accusing the Cupertino, Calif. firm of committing violations of laptop fraud by recording spot info of iPhone and iPad shoppers.
Vikram Ajjampur, an iPhone purchaser in Florida, and William Devito, a new York iPad customer, filed the fit April 22 while in the federal court of Tampa, Florida.
